Adventure Amusement Park & Wild Water Adventure

Michigan’s Adventure Amusement Park & Wild Water Adventure – Muskegon, Michigan

How often is it that you get to go to two parks for the admission price of one?  Here you get to go to the Michigan’s Adventure Amusement Park and WildWater Adventure Waterpark for the price of just one ticket!

You will bake a 1,500 ft. long rapid river ride that will take you through a rocky canyon filled with geysers and a waterfall.  What a super way to cool off on a hot day!  The raft holds 9 people that will have you churning rapids, turning and twisting through the river canyon and leaving you wanting more.

There are over 60 rides and attractions at the parks which includes Thunderhawk, the first inverted steel coaster in Michigan.  There is also Shivering Timbers which has historically ranked as one of the top three wood roller coasters in the world.    There is also the Funnel of Fear, RipCord, Go-Karts, Dodg’em Cars, Be-Bop Blvd, Swan Boats and HydroBlaster.

You are not allowed to bring your own food into the park area but there are concession stands for you to get something to eat.

The park does not close in the rain, some rides may close until the weather passes, for safety reasons, or if there is lightening then the rides stop until that front has passed but the park does not close.

If you have an infant with you there are a couple rides that you may take them on with you such as the chariots of the Carousel, the Giant Gondola Wheel, and the Timbertown Railway.  In the waterpark hand-held infants may be held by a responsible person in the wave pools and the Lazy River (must also wear an infant life jacket), the Lagoon, and in Half Pint Paradise.

Wild Water Adventure requires all participants to be in swim suits. Street clothes (athletic clothing, nylon shorts, jean shorts, etc.) are not permitted. Swim suits with metal snaps, buttons, rivets, zippers or built-in flotation devices are not allowed.
